From where should I install feedback kitty?

You can install feedback kitty from our Shopify store. We also provide a 3-day trial to our users and customers so that they can test before permanently embedding it to their site. If you want to test before embedding it then you can also watch the video available on our Shopify store or you can also visit our demo store just to see how will it look on your site.

Steps for installing feedback kitty

• First, visit our Shopify store.
• Click on the add app.
• Now go to your profile inside the Shopify store and click on the feedback kitty. After clicking on feedback kitty, you will be redirected to ytsubme.com -Sign up or login into YTSUBME either by filling in the required details or with your Google account.
• Now click on feedback kitty and then click on the installation which is present in the submenu of it.
• From there, you have to click on Shopify and copy your project ID (6230070f1af91).
• Now again go to Shopify and click on the online store and then click on the themes present in its dropdown menu.
• After going to the themes page, click on the customize button.
• Go to theme settings.
• Click on app embeds and then go floating widget from where you can enable and disable the feedback widget by clicking on the toggle button.
• By clicking the floating widget, an option will appear where you simply have to paste your project ID
• And you are all done!
